How to implement: Change on fcitx side: 1. modify fcitx-configtool, add ability for detecting all supported tool exist or not. 2. use freedesktop notification to display a message on first run. 3. invoke fcitx-configtool wizard.
Change on kcm-fcitx and configtool side: Implement on wizard argument to launch a wizard. Wizard contains some hint about how to use, change the prefered input method list, and something more maybe?
