Intro
M17N is a large collection of input method, which can cover quite a lot languages in the world, including Latin, Arabic, etc. You can install m17n-contrib for more language support.
Usage
M17N uses it's own page up and page down key, which is up and down, or Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N.
M17N also provides Cangjie, Hangul, and Pinyin, but it's not a good solution for Chinese, so you'd better use Other Pinyin input method.
